Nelly, originally from Thailand, built her path through hospitality with an international career spanning Chiang Mai, Japan, Dubai, and several regions of Thailand. These experiences shaped her vision of service excellence, discipline, and genuine care for guests, deeply rooted in real-life operations and cultural understanding.
Nicolas grew up between the Caribbean and the south of France, later working in luxury hospitality in Monaco before living and working across Europe, the United States, and Polynesia. With over 11 years of experience in real estate and hospitality, his journey is marked by entrepreneurship, international exposure, and a strong understanding of people, places, and property.
After years of travel and professional experience, their paths naturally converged in Koh Samui, where they now live and work. United by common values and a shared vision, they created Atlas Management as a natural extension of their journey.
