Your net rental income is transferred monthly via bank transfer, typically between the 10th and 15th of each month for the previous month's activity. Beyond our fixed commission, the only additional expenses are those directly related to the upkeep of your villa (maintenance/cleaning), for which we maintain a pre-approved budget threshold. What is the process for managing utility billing and recurring maintenance expenses?
Our management is designed for total peace of mind. To optimize your ROI, we implement a fair-usage policy where electricity and water are typically charged to guests based on consumption (plus 7% VAT). Recurring costs like high-speed internet are settled by the owner. For maximum simplicity, these and any routine maintenance costs are deducted from your monthly rental income. We operate on a win-win philosophy: we rigorously monitor expenses to keep operational costs at their absolute minimum, ensuring every dollar saved is a dollar added to your net profit.
